Mine wouldn't eat much breakfast, so they got a snack later; then they weren't hungry for lunch, so they got a mid-afternoon snack; then..... I'd just starve them so they'd eat a regular meal. I don't believe in "grazing" because it's hard to feed everyone at different times. Set a schedule now so in the future all of you will be hungry at the same time. It will probably only take a few days (maybe a week) of no snacks before Luke will eat more.
